    IRC5045I showing error E025-0110

    Hie all
    I have the above problem as stated. The yellow tonner is finished but hopper door won't open. The manual tells me to try and turn the main motor using some tool which I do not have.
    Those who have experienced this problem please help.

    I had this same problem last year.

    Luckily the handling is simple, take a credit card, slide it in along the right side of the yellow toner door, that hits a switch of some sort in there and the door pops open. You have to do this while the machine is attempting to open the door. You'll hear the motor running inside.

    I used my pocket knife, which also worked, but a credit card is a safer tool, being plastic.

      Hi,
      alternatively you could remove the rear panel and use the tool which is screwed to the device around the black motor area

          I managed to open the tonner hoper door with a credit card, but the tonner is stuck inside i couldn't pull it out.
          I'm going back tomorrow to try again. Any ideas please share

            Oh wow. I've not experienced that myself where the toner gets stuck. I've only had the door get stuck.

            I would suggest (if you are not already doing this) to press the button on the screen to eject/change the toner cartridge. That should release the toner cartridge.

            I'm sure other technicians on this forum can provide more info on how to release the toner cartridge if it is stuck.
