Canon IR C3220 IP Rounter Problem

So at first I had it working. Then some how got locked out so I went into the service mode and cleared some things. Now I can't get it networking again. When I ping my router our computer it doesn't pick it up. When I go on my router it doesn't see the copier. Need some help getting it connecting with my router or computer. Oh and all the cables and router work I troubleshooted everthing and had tech come out... any ideas...?

Does the machine keep saying, Check network connection even if you are connect with a cable that's connected to an active port. You can try to Fixed IP hold down 1 & 7 When you power up the machine, make the necessary network configurations and see if pings back with a reply. Also you might have a bad network board (nic card).

I'm sorry I didn't ask before but what was cleared in service mode?
Like I said you might have a bad network board pcb. Part # FM2-0537-000
You can also check and see if the green and amber leds light up on the network board, that also is a good way to see if there a connection problem. I know you mention trying everything but have you tried connecting with a laptop via crossover cable. The IP, subnet, gateway is correct. Are you in the right range when using a ip address?

        Example:
        192.168.1.20
        255.255.255
192.168.1.1 (If there is a gateway)

Yea I tried diffrent IP through 192.168.1.100- 192.168.1.250 the range set by my router... Then I also tried connecting direct into my computer through a cable... no luck ... the connection green light are lighting up and blinking on both copier and router... all IP, Subnet, and gateway is correct.... Yea when the stuff got cleared everything was cleared.....

What was cleared? Was it MMI. Do you have imagepass connected to this machine. Its usually hanging off on the back.
