You replace the entire cleaning unit for about 30.00. Theres nothing to vaccum. I told you i replaced the blk drum and got the same result. That should tell you that the old drum was ok. Maybe the belt is badly worn and picking up some toner. In general the new cleaner unit comes primed. In most bigger models i prime the new blade using yellow toner. Reported me for saying asshole? Your pathetic Phil.

keep it up Sir you are digging yourself a deeper hole... just because you OWN a company doesn't make you better than anyone else here.

I have great respect from all my customers and bosses. you need to get off of your high horse. Even Blackcat thinks you made a mistake quoting Him but using my name.

BTW you never answered my question I posed to you LEF or SEF. No wonder I have blocked you a long time ago. Look at your RED CARDS and Reputation points vs Mine.

I have worked on more brands than you have so there is that point also.

    Hava great day...

what are you with me on? that you don't know LEF or SEF? i would say SEF since you state there is the defect on the left hand side of the belt.

was the cleaner unit BRAND NEW? or rebuild? did you make sure the blade in the cleaner was properly powdered? if a used belt cleaner did you vaccume it out?

are you sure the rollers in the ITB are coming up properly and not dipping or not contaminated .

please tell us they are using genuine OEM supplies!

is the machine clean inside? laser lenses ?

is the mark on the old drum unit?

soo many things you haven't explained.
