Can anyone tell me what firmware we'd need for a Lanier MP W7100 to support SMB2? I see in Ricoh's KBs that it does support it, but no idea what version. We're on 1.07 for the system/copy, 14.31 network support and 01.02 scanner.

Eh, sorry. I did see that forum, but it was under the copier forum, and didn't think this would be considered a copier. Saw the fax/printer forum and went to the sub-forums under that. Not sure how I hit Canon though. I'll re-create.Comment
