Cutomer in a remote location phoned me and said there LC710 has a check printer error any guesses? any comon errors?

The cartridge can cause issues, binding, bias problems. my best advice is to advise your remote customer to swap out the current cartridge with a new one. That is the first step in problem determination as I see it.
