Does anyone know if they make QA kits for the imagepress C700/ C800 printers? so far I have been quite pleased with our 2 printers from a service aspect. it would also be nice to have an Image Quality pdf that gives hints as to what may cause different defects other than the ones in the service manual. Like text ghosting etc. I'm guessing that likely most image quality issues are related to the age of the replaceable service items.

Re: ImagePress C700 C800
thankyou. one more question. one of my C700s will not let me do a P-Print. Is this something that I will need to reload the system software to resolve? is this something i can get a file for and load via USB?Comment

Re: ImagePress C700 C800
you just need to load A4 or A3 sheets in drawer 1 . the size of the media should be auto detected.
make sure the printer is ready and in the queue section make sure the the printer is not paused .
You can get the file through usb . plug a usb then go to Service Mode > Mode list > Copier > Function > MISC-P > RPT-FILE
when Ok , then RPT2USB (directly under rpt-file)Last edited by Hishamawada; 07-10-2021, 08:22 PM.Comment
