what counters do you want to reset?

if you are talking about TOTAL page counts... that could be considered FRAUD and you won't get help from the majority of GOOD techs here we tend to frown upon that.

the Counter resides in a ROM (read only memory) and is not possible to modify it. The only people allowed to do this are authorized Canon service personnel and they must have a valid reason to do it (plus original invoice, and specific technical paperwork) ROM is strictly controlled from the factory. These Roms are not interchangeable and are keyed with the machine serial number.

In short= is not possible, at least for the average unauthorized technician.
