canon ir600 no printing just says "wait"

Have you tried a Clear server? Been a while since i have seen that but it fixed that problem on quite a few of them. Otherwise we had to replace the print board.

It's been a while but i believe you start up the machine and go to the print/if screen and i believe you can find it in the set up menu or it comes up with the set up menu. Either way you start up the machine as if you were wanting to set up the configuration. Again it has been a while and i would have to be in front of one to tell you exactly where to go. Hope that helps.

If it's sitting at the wait screen...which is the black screen with the Canon logo then you can try reloading system software via the SST but it's usually a sign that the HDD is failing and will need to be replaced.
If you're not a Technician...call one.
