Our Canon imagepress c6010 printer gives error code E733-001 or E500-001 in paper jams after the firmware update.
If it does not give an error code, print is written on the screen and it stays.
The technician who made the update says that he cannot revert to the old version and that he has installed the latest version.
How can I fix this situation?
