    CLC2620 E001-004

    Hello, i have a clc2620 copier which works before but after moving to another place it shows this error. maybe something goes wrong on the way? The way was a bit rough so the copier got some shakes.

    any idea? same error with another fixing unit.

      Check the fixing connector and try to clear the error in copier function clear.

          copier was moved without fixing unit inside. i cleared the err already but it comes up with fixing unit or without. at first it starts with e001-003 but now always e001-004 comes up.
          maybe something is broken ore faulty now, during transport.

              I have checked the connector seems all ok.. also change the whole duplexing assy with another fixing unit to check if there is some problems.. but same error again...
              where should i look for trouble?

                      Michael, with a machine as old as yours the problems have probably been discussed before, you need to search the forums, I used Google

                          This copier drives me crazy.

                          Yesterday after checking all infos and connectors and change drum the copier works the whole afternoon. When i left office i switched off on mainswitch.
                          Today if i switch it on again it throws again E001-003. Maybe there is something which make trouble when it is cold.
                          I have no idea where to look.
