Canon DX3725I Various toner bottle messages plus error

Hi all, A little help would be much appreciated if possible. first fault was replace black toner although it was over a third full (genuine Canon toner being used) then remove bottle and shake 10 times. changed toner for new one same messages appearing. then E00025-046. I have had this type of messages appear on IR adv c3325 changing the bottle assembly resolved fault. I Have changed the C/BK bottle assembly on DX 3725I but messages still appear. any help or ideas please.

Check the Bottle Drive Unit (CK).
Check the Developing Unit (Bk) (Shutter/Charging Port)
Check the ITB Rail Assembly, Rear (Shutter/Toner Feed Assembly).
    Try with DC controller clear:
    - Backup: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMBUP
    - Restoration: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMRES
    * In platform V3.6 and later, error caused by this event will not occur.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words

Hi , Thanks for reply. have visited once again worked through your list which relates to error code. dumped DC controller and upgraded firmware to latest version. Booted up no errors now getting various toner bottle messages, not a original toner when genuine Canon toner is being used. Select cancel or i agree tried both. Black toner under consumable reads 100% . After 20 copies or so message appears replace toner for new one.
check again on consumables black toner reading 0, yet genuine toner full. changed toner for another genuine one in case on the off chance it was faulty same outcome. am i overlooking something.

I'm having the exact same problem on a irc advance 3525i II. I've replaced hopper, dc controller, itb, cleared main controller, developer, latest software. Did you ever fix yours?

Thanks for the response. Curious as what solenoid you are referring to.
