Customer has replaced print head, all toners, maintenance kit. Not sure what the next step will be. We service Canon copiers, customer has this wide format and we are working on it by default. Has given us error code ec07-4060, ec21-2f61, and ec23-2f18. Entered service mode to reset by power and touching screen in 3 different places, but its not what i'm used to on the copiers, doesn't seem to be the tech service mode. I would like to try and purge the ink tubes, but I don't want to buy a service manual for a machine I may never work on again. Any help is apprerciated

Error Carriage EEPROM error (Memo: Remove the error in service mode when handling is completed.)
Detection Description EEPROM defect in the carriage PCB is detected. Handling 1 Perform [DIAGNOSIS > CR SYSTEM CHECK] to diagnose carriage system. Replace CARRIAGE UNIT, or Replace MAIN PCB UNIT.
Actually, it looks like all of the error codes point to the carriage unit.
