    Imagerunner C3320i USB problem

Hi, we have recently installed a C3320 at a customer and have noticed that the main USB-port for printing seems to go offline when the machine goes into sleep mode, i noticed myself that it behaved like that when i tested it at the office, after adjusting some power savings (changed to max time before power saving mode and energy consumption during power saving mode to high from low) and also updated the firmware it looked like it was working fine but apparently the problem still remains.

I'm normally working with Ricoh-machines and have never run into this problem, we have other customers that is running the same configuration with both USB and network.

Is there any service mode setting to check for that function?

The reason it is running on USB is that the customer has two separate network for different terminals so Computer X and Y is connected to network A and computer Z is connected to network B.

Hi, besides updating the firmware that was exactly the setting i have already changed and it seemed to work at the office but apparently i didn't test it long enough to see that it was still a problem.
