0A0C Canon 3520

Hi all

I am having a phantom 0A0C jam code on a canon irc3520.
The machine goes through warmup cycle, does not try to feed them throws the jam.
We have swapped the sensor that it is pointing to and still the same. The sensor even shows as working in input output mode.
We have swapped the complete right hand door assy still the same.
Firmware has been updated also.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you replace fixing unit?
0A0C is Arch Sensor (PS11) located at the inlet of the Fixing unit.

Yes.
Replaced fixing assy. I have been told to replace DC controller so hopefully this will sort it.
