I have an iPRC800 with Fiery G100, I send the 12k page file for printing and in the middle of the job cut prints come out, the image comes out in the middle of the page only in the center of the sheet the printout, photos follow.

Do you have access to patches and/or firmware for the body of the machine? I'd try updating that and applying any updates/patches to the G100.
What happens if you run it in smaller batches?? like 3k at a time or something for example. -

I noticed that sending from the hotfolder this happens and sending directly from Adobe has not presented this problem until now.
