[Jamming] Canon IR 3225 Jam after fuser

I have a Canon IR 3225 which is causing jams after the paper comes out of the fuser unit, the paper should normally get under the 1st delivery assembly flapper, but remains out of the delivery assembly. On jam history indicates No. 0001 Jam type Delay Sensor No. PS14.
Any suggestions how to solve this problem.

Check sensor flag for movement. Could be old grease for film. Pressure roller? If you have a fuser you can swap out that would help.
