Canon IR C355if

I have a client with a canon IR C355if. With the 2nd tray/stand option He recently moved the machine and now it intermittently displays an E197-2101. It appears to be a connection problem between the tray. Any help /guidance would be appreciated ... thanks!!

If the connection is anything like the ira400 it may have been damaged in the move. If you can swap out the 2nd tray if not try removing it and see if you get the code without tray 2
