We are a Canon dealer. Minards stores are a national account and we service about 8 of them in our territory. All 8 are breaking the camming lever that raises the bypass feed arm up/down. Canon corp says it is the media that they run through the bypass and there is nothing we can do but replace the bypass feed assy. Anyone else seen this? It only happens with Minards machines. Is there any prevention for this?
