[Error Code] Canon IR c7280i error 000197 002

I have problem with c7280i , code 000197 002 , not all time , i know what it means , copier have additional papier deck a1

Any sugestions ??

Hello

Doesnt seem to be a dc controller but you can try removing all it connections and install it back. You can Also Clear DC.

But as you have mentioned it is not appearing all the time, then i suspect it to be an issue in the pick up issue , Either pcb or something hardware in the drawer.
