My Canon IR Advance C5235 indicates jamming paper, even though there are no jam.
Procedure:
The machine starts to process the job, when it tries to pickup the paper, it produce a paper jam instead. Opening all covers and trays indicate there's nothing jammed, and when closing them the printer tries again.
This happens for both A4 and A3, the A4 prints I eventually got to work (after some opening and closing), but I have a booklet to print with A3 that refuses to pickup the paper.
Thoughts:
- I have recently moved this machine, can it be that I put the trays back in the wrong places (I don't know how they were placed before, and I have 4 of them)?
- Should I clean the pickup rollers?
