    Help ...How to delete IR3320 hard disk data

    My company want to sell this ir3320 copier, they want to permenant delete hard disk data from this copier, how to perform it?

      Irish has the answer, just format the drive, then reload system software using the ALLHDF choice from the service support tool menu for the 3320. You then have a virgin machine. with no passwords, mailboxes, fax data etc...

        You can also take the drive out..hook it up to a PC and format the drive that way.
        Also..just for people's further info...Canon sell a permanent file deletion software for their copiers.
        If you DO remove the drive to format in a pc..remember that their are 5 partitions on the disc and not all of them will show up in FDISK...make sure that the size reported matches the size of the HDD.
