Canon IRC C750 with W1 Pro Finisher makes a slaming noise when stapling. Please help

Hello everyone, I have a Canon irc C750 with W1 Pro finisher that makes a slamming noise when you try to staple and also jams. I replace the cartridge and the stapling unit and it is doing the same thing. I have the service manual and it saids nothing about this problem. I got the stapler from Hytec. What would be the next move?

Unit too close to frame .. jig the the door and watch.. still can't see ?
Remove covers.. repeat
