    [Jamming] Canon iR ADV C3325i - Door Open

    Hello Techs:

    I have a JAM problem with a Canon iR ADV C3325i.

    DOOR OPEN messsaje is displayed while the machine is printing or copying and the the JAM occurs.

    This happens when I move or touch a little the machine.

    I had cleaned the SENSOR S26-27-11. But the problem persists.

    Can anyone please help me with that.

      The right and front doors probably use the same interlock. If you take that area apart you should be able to re-form the switch actuator.
