    Canon varioprint 115

Good day guys. Our machine always gives this error 6508 and 6506. I already replace the ttf belt and 2 halogen lamp and clean the sensor box. Still give me this error. Has anyone incounter this error before?

I don't have the documentation with me at the moment, is the description of the code that the temperature of the ttf belt is too high on one side?
It often happens to me that when one of the bulbs burns out, the fuse on the power board also burns out.

Hi Qwert01 thank you for your reply. I already replaced 2 halogen buld on the warmprocess on the front and rear bulb and check all the fuse on power supply but there is no busted fuse in the power supply. I also check the harnes i in warm process but i dont see any cut harness. Im thinking if the center heater lamp can cause same problem? By the way 6506 code mean high ttf temperature in rear side of ttf belt.

Did you take the power supply out and remove the protective sheet from the power supply? There is one fuse under the sheet metal that burns out.

It's the power board. There was a bulletin to install a harness on the power board that houses fuses in it. So if the lamps fail it doesn't take out the power board. If that bulletin wasn't completed the power board is dead. If you search the error on canons site in the knowledge base it should bring up the bulletin or a document taking about the harness.

As a colleague said before, maybe a cable is installed that has a housing with fuses on it, it is 15 cm long. It is connected directly to the power board, and the cable that goes from the lamp is connected to it. I had a case, I replaced the light bulb and the fuse, when I turned on the device, the light bulb and the fuse burned again. The power board was faulty, but I found a fault on the board.
Take a picture of the board and the connecting cables.

You should replace the sensor box (if you have another machine). Were the bulbs you replaced burnt out?
