    [Jamming] C10000 paper jam 0014 and 0019

I have a strange paper jam when I print 2-side 130 gr/sqm glossy paper ,100% black, 330x480mm, at least 2 sheets. Initialy the jam code was 0019 but now it is 0014. For 90% black I haven't jams. I tested the primary fixing unit to another printer C8000 and it works fine. I switched the fixing motors and fixing motors drive pcb. I replaced all rolls around primary fixing unit, I switched the optical sensors PS305 and PS307. I replaced black developing unit.
    For 300gr/sqm paper I haven't jams.
    Please give me a clue.

    Re: C10000 paper jam 0014 and 0019

do you mean the jam code is 0114 and 0119 ?

First check the paper profile to be with the exact paper length.

    It could two things :
    1) either the delay is build up before the fixing
    2) the issue is on the fixing itself

So please check/clean all the paper path from the primary fixing up to the registration unit . Clean the registrations rollers with their shafts.

Clean the inlet fixing plate very well.

Check the big brown primary fixing gear for any broken tooth .

Check the metal plate as in the photo attached. and check everything around it.

There is one more thing, when the first side pass through the fixing , it cause the sheet to curl and when comes again to the second side it hit on the fixing roller causing the jam . If you can check the jam is always on the second side .

Then we will need adjust a profile special for this media , with Gloss/fine black adjustment -> Gloss to (-2)

    Waiting your reply
