Canon IR ADV 6555i II WONT COPY OR PRINT

I’m working on a Canon ADV 6555i II and it won’t print or copy. I’ve updated the firmware, cleared MMI and nothing. It takes 5 mins to turn on and when you try to copy it says processing and complete under 1 second.
it won’t print a internal print out either

If I had to pick a couple solutions I would start with the hard drive and then main controller
