        E001 İS
0001 Abnormally high temperature (detected by sub thermistor)
        The sub thermistor detected an
        abnormally high temperature (295 deg
        C) during temperature control.
        - Check the connector of the fixing film unit.
        - Replace the fixing film unit.
        - Replace the DC controller PCB.

you have to reset code from service mode.

first push *(technician pad) then push 2-8 same time then again *(technician pad)

you will enter service mode find clear push okey pad then find error menu and you know later ok?

On other models, this is how you get into Service Mode, but on this device this does not work this way. I have included pages with instruction to get into Service Mode, and the Clear procedure. In Clear, the group item you want is ERR, not the History-error clear. This device is more fax machine than copier , and the software is much harder to work around than the service mode on a "real" copier.

are you a business machine mechanic?..... it doesnt matter if its 220 or 110 they're just the same procedure when replacing fixing film...

replacing fixing film is quite easy but its complicated if your not copier tech'n and fixing film can rip apart if you dont know how to do it but if you have the guts to do it. one tip, on one side of the fixing film thare is a white rectangular shape mark that is for the sensor (you'll see this sensor at the bottom of the fixing unit covered with a hard plastic.) if you reversed it and run the machine it'll give you e007...
