Im having hudge problems with hoppers of c710, first died black hopper, i have repaced it and the problem was solved🙂 and now its the yellow hopper, i have changed the yellow hopper and the machine work fine for some hours, then return again the e025-102😒 .

Does anyone have experienced similar problem ?

OEM toner?

I have 5-6 of these units in the field (C800-850-810-V series, all same parts basically). Lowest meter is 2 million...have never touched the hoppers at all.

Hopper Y can't detect feed screw turn. Do you take out Hopper and see feed screw?is it clean??/
