    IR 2520 jam error

    Hello

when power on printer, dirctly a paper jam error appears without any sound from the printer gears and nothing moves, just the scanner sound check

I check everything no paper or anything stuck inside... I need detail datasheet .

If it has a finisher check on top of it where the 3 way unit is. Paper can get up there when doing double sided and it’s difficult to see.

Check the lower right door guide, had once once this was broken / loose blocking the sensor arm showing a permanent jam like yours.

Check the jam code in service mode. It'll tell you the exact sensor reading the jam.
