Canon Varioprint 115 gets the sheets dirty

HI, my Canon Varioprint 115 gets dirty the paper (I attach a photo). We changed all the belts, it helps for 150-200 thousand sheets, then it starts again. Spiral cleaners are new, we have tried cleaning the drum unit. Can anyone solve this problem? I tried printing a lot of white sheets, cleaning belts with a rubber restorer. It didn't help.1.jpg

Wax inside the paper is problem. Use wax mode 1 or 2 in advance media settings. If wax mode doesn't help change paper brand.

I Use wax mode 2. but it doesn't help. Unfortunately, we don't have any other paper. Maybe there's some way to get rid of the wax? there are traces of toner on the drum (the same as on paper). We wiped them off with alcohol, but it didn't help.

If the wax mode is activated, do not switch off the printer manually or put the printer into the sleep mode manually. Leave the printer in stand-by mode to allow a decomposing process to happen. If the use of wax-mode 1 and wax-mode 2 do not provide the required good result, please use a paper as described in the recommended media list. The Recommended Media list for the varioPRINT 115/140 series: non Canon branded media http://mediaguide.cpp.canon for Canon branded media (only available in Europe).
If you can't find media that fits, ask your paper supplier for info if the media that you use contain components C16-and/or C18-AKD. Those components are used in paper production in the sizing of the paper and they cause wax phenomenon. Look for the media that doesn't contain C16-and/or C18-AKD.
