IRA5045i _ service mode freeze / no make change

Does anyone have any idee why the service mode doesn't save any change and freeze when we press ok button ?
Y've already try to update the firmware but nothing new...

I think you need replace cmos battery in mainboard

Hum, not easy... I think the batterie is soldered to the board, any risk for the memory if y change it ? (like a backup/restore ?)
