Good morning, gentlemen, I have an ImagePRESS C800 equipment showing an error code E-0061-0001.

I have already replaced the cylinder, primary corona, pre-transfer, PCB patch register and the problem persists. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? I am moving on to HVTs and transformers.
