hi everyone off canon expert.

i need help for canon irc700 copier i am facing problem with color stability. i change all color and black drum unit and adjust every setting according to service manual but my copier after every 20 to 35 pages color changing give me advice what i will with do with Machin and how to stop auto gradation on during printing machine.

Does your printer have a auto-gradation sensor ? If yes clean its sensors

i did many time clean this sensor and re adjust auto gradation but still same.

Go to color balance and make sure all the values are set to zero for all colors .

Also if you can send samples of the issue.

And how are you performing auto-gradation ?

in the adjustment mode all color set is zero (0) default value and i performed auto gradation in full adjustment in image quality and shade correction but still

printing not good same time yellow color increase and some time magenta color to high.

any other technical tips for color control.

I prefer if you send me some samples .

Do you perform gradation through scanner or engine ? I want to try the other method that u are using .

I want a photo of what sensor did u clean .

I would suggest you to clean the patch sensors at the right of the itb.

Maybe the gradation sensor could be defected.

I will check it more for you when i am near my laptop . And will inform u if anything else u need to check .

i clean many time id patch sensor under the black drum but result still same one an other tinge machine it self auto gradation doing after 28 pages print out

i can under stand way this happen this machine default adjustment or some thing wrong with this plz help me what i will do.

My friend are u a tech or end user ?

You need to clean the gradation sensors under the fix feed assembly , at the duplex path .

This machine requires adjusting gradation frequently to keep your colors stable.

id patch sensor i clean many time but machine is still give fault .

one other thing when i doing full gradation the pascal value not change???

sorry to say dear this imagepress new to me i am working konicaminolta and ricoh that way my knowledge very few model of canon copiers thank,s to reply

Hello,

First what you have cleaned is the patch and registration sensors . Did you open the shutter and clean the sensors ?

Is the job printed or copied?

Are you using fiery ? or a simple driver ?

When the color is changed? is it after the first gradation adjustment ? and does it stays the same afterwards ?

When you clean the gradation sensor give me your update .

Check the P-Pascal values under the cover , check the photo.

Make Sure when you need to test. Perform the Auto-Gradation full adjust first then test .

hi good morning

i have new issue for imagepress c700 only black image front side of machine.

i change drum unit/developer unit/charge corona assembly/pri transfer assembly/ transfer belt unit but problem still same,
see the attachment pic and give me any advice.
