hi every one

canon imagepress c800 only black image with horizontal lines i change drum/developer units/itb unit and primary charger assembly but problem still same if any one face this kind of problem plz give me technical advise.

I'm not to much into imagepress machines, but my first thought is: did you check the laser?

Clean the discharge LED bar of the drum unit.
