Canon imagerunner 1133i

Good day or whatever time, please I'm haven some problem with the canon ir 1133i,it's printing self test page and print from computer fine. But when I do photo copy it comes out blank. I have checked everything on the machine but can't fine any issue that's preventing the photocopy. And the customer is on my neck. please I need your help

I'm not familiar with that machine but have you tried reseating the connectors on the reader controller? Also does it give blanks when using the adf or is it all copying?

Check the scanner light if it's working first. Second, it must have a scanner/reader pcb that could be faulty.

Self test page printing well and from the computer job sent print well also

Il n'y a pas de carte de lecture sur cette machine, le problème provient généralement de la carte de commande . Il faut faire une mise à jour ou bien remplacer la carte de commande.
