Canon Imagepress C910 Stack Bypass missing

Hello,
We bought a Canon Imagepress C910 with Paper Deck B1, but it wont show the Stack Bypass on screen or in printing driver options.
Physically it's installed but can't see it and can't use it.
Any help, please?

Are you sure that C910 was installed with lite paper deck type B1?

Confirm that the Stack Bypass Tray is securely and correctly attached to the printer. A loose or improperly connected tray might not be detected. Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then power it back on to allow the machine to reinitialize.

The problem was basic one, but still couldn't believe how they can make such a mistake.
They had installed B1 Stack Bypass, not C1.
That's all.
