Imagerunner C7260 stripes issue

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I have some troubles with my imagerunner canon.
I get very disturbing stripes and the Cyan won't print.
I replaced the cyan, did all the cleaning programs but the issue stil exists.
You can check the image for details.
My printer is a canon imagerunner C2760i

Hello ,

I want more details plz , eveything would help .

for cyan :
First try swapping the cyan drum with another color . If the cyan prints then its a drum issue.

Check the developer unit cyan if it have toner in it and if the developer roller is fully covered.

For yellow and magenta lines:
Check the itb , and everything around it , it could the blade is bad and something scrapping the toner of.

Also check the drums and developing units for both.

Send photos for each part to be able to help u more .

Hi Thanks for the input.
Since I am very very new to printer repairs/troubleshooting, is there a place where I can find documentation to find how to do all that stuff
I came to this forum after quite some searchs in google.

If you are an end user you should get a technician to fix this issue for you .

Fixing problems is never stated in a manual, it is experience that we gain across the years.
