    Send feature disappeared C5045

    Customer got an error code (E027) turned copier off/on when it powered back up, only the Copy Icon was on the screen. Send and Fax disappeared even on the Show All screen. Service mode still shows the UI-Send and UI-Fax is set to 1. Tried disabling and re-enabling still not there. E027 has been resolved but need to find out what happened to Send and Fax.

    Got E753 after updating firmware.

      Looks like firmware may not have loaded properly. You may have to format HDD and reload system software.

          Also UPDATER feature won't work, the minute you select it, it closes and takes you out of service mode straight back to Copy screen, so having to update via USB

              Resolved by replacing HDD and Main 2.
