    Canon C5235i Single Scan Feeder stuck after few page

    We have this Canon C5235i with Single Scan feeder.
    It will not pull all paper in the feeder. (Likely to stuck after 3 to 4 pages)

    We have change ALL the roller and also the pad inside the feeder.
    But issue still persist. Any help or suggestion is welcome.

      Did you replace the clutches? What does the jam code tell you?

          Is it detecting the originals on the tray properly? Dirty sensor?

              I once had this problem....the paper sometimes stick together,last time i ask a client to check their paper 1 by 1 to make sure they dont stick,because some doc they keep for long time,and the air room make the paper stick...just my experience

                  Hello, could you do some tests by putting new sheets and if the normal scan is carried out without presenting any jam, if the problem persists, clean the sensors that are in the path of the paper, after having
                  clean the sensors enter the adf service mode and do the sens init
