How did the error first appeared.
Your issue could be speed license . The main controller and the speed doesnt match .

Try clearing err .

And make sure about the 4 boards and main controller are in the correct machine .

When you change the main controller you have to keep all the small chips from that machine and move them to the new board. Swapping then around is the worst thing you can do because now you have a mismatch with the chip ID vs. your serial number board information.
