A way to use alpha passwords instead of text passwords?

I have 11 mid-volume Canon MFP's.
I am now going through some best practices and changing default admin passwords.
I have updated all of the devices, minus two.
The last two devices have numerical usernames and passwords much unlike the other devices.
I cannot find a way to change this behavior so they all use standard alphanumeric usernames and passwords.
Is this possible with these two devices?
The models are 6265 and 400i
