Got a jam message i can't get rid of pointing to the transfer unit area. From another 1100 i ended up replacing the entire transfer unit assly/registration assly w-the leds/pre reg area but no luck. Help apprecitaed with this one. Thanks t

Clean the black strip and sensor that are on the unit below the cleaning assm (The black strip faces the transfer drum). Then do a sensor adj - Service mode>Function>Sens_Adj>Cln_Ofst.

replaced ps71 pre cleaning paper sensor under the cl. unit and we are back in business. thanks so much for the help guys. T
