canon ir adv 8205 black spot on page toner stick on drum

hey ,

i have canon ir adv 8205 , my problem is black spot or small black line on paper because of toner stick on drum
i have replaced following
1) drum unit
2) devloping assembly
3) toner
4) drum cleaning blade
5) i cleaned wast toner assembly its ok
6) change corona wire

but problem is not solved plz help me out

Really only thing left is the fuser.

Have you cleaned the slit glass above the drum? What about the transfer belt assembly?

I saw blade and thought of ITB blade.
Now that I've had some coffee I see my mistake.

I had a dirty slit glass cause a line that drove me nuts for a while. You just never know.

Never had a drum issue with that series except the blade.

hello. if you can upload a photo to verify the failure and analyze. I suggest you make a copy and cause a paper jam before the sheet reaches the fuser so you can discard the fuser unit and focus on image formation.
