Hi ,
when i try to print a jpeg file from a usb key,i got this message(A error occured due to an unknown reason).
I cannot print pdf files since the direct print and the ps options are not installed.
I tried with different usb keys and different jpeg files,the result is the same.
I have also tried with different usb location.
I have updated the machine with the latest firmware.
So, before proceeding to any "clear" on the machine,can someone who has ever encountered this issue give me some help.
