Canon IRAdv C5250 error E0000532-01

Have a Canon IRAdv C5250 with a Inner Finisher E1 with E0000532-01 and E0000567-02 fault code errors. Can here I think a shift motor grinding and assume it's trying to move but can't tell which one and where its located. Any typical issues?

stapler transport error on every Canon. Make sure the stapler has not jumped out of the rail or that the rail is not damaged.

Make sure the cartridge is in place all the way. I’ve had customer reason popped halfway out.

I've had customers not snap cartridge all the way in and then it couldn't move.
