How do I update firmware on canon advance c3725i the settings/registration button is not working the machine has only touch screen no buttons icon for 123 and settings/ registration buttons are not working

Find hidden button on back panel

Service mode CDS update- button 123/settings/registration button/28/settings/registration button (press the button even though it is grayed out)

Download mode-Turn off the device/on the back of the display open the small door where there are three buttons. Hold the top and bottom and turn on the device.
