IRA 4525i Black screen, main power LED flashing twice

Hello all,

Also the Energy Saver button is lit. The engine comes up and motors run etc. I followed the service manual "Control Panel LED Check Flow" procedure under Startup System Failure Diagnosis. It has me perform the 12 volt power supply assembly check. I do have 12 volt power output on pin 8 of Q4307 to J4022. I tried reseating all the connections to the front panel then replaced the front panel still no joy. Anyone have an idea?

First, thanks for the replies! So the consensus seems to be that I need to replace the 4Y8-3116-000 Main Controller PCB? Riser PCB too?

Boot the system without the flash PCB. The flash PCB is plugged into the main controller and is secured with a screw. Is an E748 then displayed? If so, the main controller is probably ok. Then you need a new flash PCB. If there is no display. It may also be due to the display.
