I have an issue at a customers Canon ir Adv C3730, for some reason his prints are being skewed but only in A5, all other paper sizes are fine. I have checked the paper guides, paper path all trays are skewing on A5 Size prints. All feed/pick up rollers are new what else could be causing the paper to skew to the point its quite excessive. Could it possibly be the registration assembly? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
