This is a problem that just started about 2 months ago. The machine would be printing, stop and idle for 4-5 minutes, then give us a jam indication of a sheet in the ADU. All software was reloaded and seemed to have solved the issue until it came back Friday. This morning, it did it again, I cleared the jam. It ran 1 copy 2 sides, started idling again and the the machine cancelled the job and rebooted itself. When it warmed up, it indicated ready to print. But I had a hunch it wasn't so I checked and sure enough, another sheet was in the duplex unit but no jam was indicated. Anyone else experienced this issue?
