    [Error Code] Canon IR 2625 error code E000020-04a8

    Hi friends,
    Customer call for Copy quality issue in Canon IR 2625i , found customer using low grade refill toner. i just replaced the genuine Toner cartridge. after that i faced the problum of error code E000020-04a8 please help me to solve the problum.

      Check if sub hopper is clogged. Clean Developing Toner Level Sensor 25 and 51.
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          Thank you for your reply. I have cleaned both ATS sensors but still the problum presis. any other suggestion.
